Online promotion via advertising and paid search
Cranfield has a large number of sites and sections that are promoted either via intermediaries or by advertising. Seen here in the right is an example of the banner advertising that I created for one of the academic schools at Cranfield.
The University has an advertising agency and an Online Marketing Manager to produce and manage much of this activity. However my role was to support both advertising and paid search by developing or modifying the 'landing pages' to ensure that the users that click through are retained.
All of the advertising and paid search is tagged and tracked via web analytics and as a result I have extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and Unica NetInsight analytic packages.
